USA: Shipment for all round two pre-order items has begun, and will continue through to Friday. You should all receive your tracking info by Thursday/Friday this week. πŸŽ‰

NOVEMBER 5th

AUSTRALIA: All round two pre-order items are due to arrive in Sydney this coming November the 6th, for final delivery in mid-November.

USA: We are now in the process of preparing all round two pre-order items for final delivery. πŸŽ‰

The response to our new series has been phenomenal, and we're thrilled to begin shipping these pre-orders this coming Tuesday, November 7th. We appreciate your patience as we handle the high volume of pre-orders, and your puzzle will be on its way shortly.

Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and booked for delivery, you will receive tracking information via email. If you are still waiting to receive a tracking email by the end of day Thursday, 9th of November, please get in contact with us.

AUSTRALIA: Inventory for all round two pre-order items is expected to arrive in Australia November 6th, for delivery by mid-November.


USA: Inventory for all round two pre-order items is arriving at our warehouses by Tuesday 31st October. These orders are expected to begin shipping out next week, but we will confirm this with you all once the products have been processed into the system and are ready for final delivery.

OCTOBER 6th

AUSTRALIA: All round two pre-orders will ship in December. Exact dates to come.

OCTOBER 20th

We are thrilled to let you all know that the inventory for Round One Pre-order Items arrived at our warehouseπŸŽ‰. Orders will start shipping out today (October 20th) through Monday, and depending on where you are located, delivery will be 1-5 business days.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for an email with your tracking info, and reach out to us if you are still waiting to receive your tracking by the end of Monday.

OCTOBER 19th

AUSTRALIA: All Round One Pre-Order items were delivered in August.

USA: We were informed last night that the random customs inspection [as mentioned in our October 6th update] has been successfully completed. The inventory is now scheduled to arrive at our warehouse next week.

Given this update, we are expecting to begin shipping orders by the end of next week. We will send out another email when we have started this process to confirm with you all when you can expect your order.

As mentioned, we will expedite all Round One Pre-Orders so that you receive your order within 1-5 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse.

We want to thank you all for your incredible patience and understanding throughout all of this. We appreciate you hanging in there with us. We are almost there!

OCTOBER 6th

AUSTRALIA: All Round One Pre-Order items were delivered in August.

USA: We allowed extra time for contingencies when we originally released these items for pre-order, which is why we gave a general timeframe of August/September for delivery. However, due to two unforeseen events, the shipment has been delayed and is now due for delivery this month (October).

The following is an overview of the reasons for the delay with this shipment.

Delay At Port

This past week, we have been investigating with our freight company as to why this shipment has been delayed for so long. Last night, we were informed that the vessel carrying this shipment was delayed for two weeks from docking at the USA port at the beginning of September. The reason for this delay is due to the low water levels at the Panama Canal that have caused a traffic jam (of vessels) to the route that connects the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

September 25th: Random Customs Inspection Notification

As mentioned in the email we sent on September 26th, once our vessel successfully docked at the USA port, we were then informed that our shipping container was selected for a random customs inspection. We were told that this typically takes 4-5 business days, however, with the backlog of vessels due to the Panama Canal water levels, this timeframe has unfortunately been extended.

We are still expecting to have these orders delivered this month (October). However, we will update you if this changes and keep you in the loop when we have an update from customs regarding the inspection.

We will continue to update you all via email and on this page as we are updated. (If you did not receive our September 26th email – and it isn’t hiding in your spam/junk folder, please email us so we can confirm your email address).

What is the plan from here?


Once the inventory arrives at our New Jersey Warehouse, we will expedite all Round One Pre-Orders. Delivery should take between 1-5 business days (depending on your location from New Jersey), once orders leave the warehouse.

Tracking info will be emailed once your order has been booked/picked up by the courier.

What are my options?


We understand and share how incredibly frustrating this has been. If you are unable to keep your order, we can issue you a refund or exchange for another Flipsi product that we have in stock. Please reach out with your order number via our contact page or email us at admin@flipsipuzzles.com.

UK & Europe Expansion

Announcement

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of opening fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and Netherlands, Europe!

What does this mean?

If you are located anywhere in the UK or Europe, you will soon be able to order anything from our online store in your currency and benefit from local delivery schedules and pricing.

When is this happening?

Our estimated timeframe for stock to arrive in these locations and be available to order is December this year.Β We will have very limited stock initially, so we suggest placing an order as soon as stock is available to avoid missing out on our first lot of inventory. We will keep you updated ahead of that time when we have a more specific date.

Can I pre-order?

Unfortunately, until we have everything set up in both locations, we will not be able to accept pre-orders for the UK & Europe.Β  Β 

What about other locations?

We will be expanding to more locations next year. Details on where and when to come!
