Production is well underway, and everything is shaping up beautifully. However, the ongoing conflict in the Middle East has disrupted manufacturing operations, including power and fuel restrictions that have affected our production facility. This has unfortunately pushed our timeline back.

Our updated delivery window is now June, shifted from the original April/May estimate. We're monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated as things progress.

Australian orders: Your orders have shipped! If you haven't received your tracking information by now, please get in touch with us at admin@flipsipuzzles.com and we'll sort it out for you.

USA

West Coast orders: The Las Vegas inventory has arrived and been processed into our system. Orders have already started shipping and will continue going out over the next few days.

East Coast orders: The Pennsylvania inventory has also arrived at the warehouse, and we're just waiting for it to be booked into the system. This usually takes 2–3 days, after which your orders will start shipping too.

If you're on the East Coast and urgently need your order (birthday coming up? gift emergency?), get in touch and we'll see if we can arrange for it to ship from our Las Vegas warehouse instead.

We hope everyone loves their puzzles!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of opening fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and Europe (Netherlands). 

If you are located anywhere in the UK or Europe, you will soon be able to order anything from our online store in your local currency and benefit from local delivery schedules and pricing.

Our estimated timeframe for stock to arrive in these locations and be available to order is later this year.

We will have very limited stock initially, so we suggest placing an order as soon as stock is available to avoid missing out on our first lot of inventory.

We will keep you updated ahead of that time when we have a more specific date.

You can still pre-order or order anything from our store, but until we have everything set up in the UK/EU, your order will be shipped from the USA, and you will incur international customs/duties/taxes.

We currently ship within the USA and Australia and are looking to expand to more locations within the next 12 months. Details on where and when to come!
