Missing Piece Replacement

Quality control measures have been implemented to ensure a premium standard for our products. On the rare occasion you encounter a missing piece, please email us at admin@flipsipuzzles.com with the following, and we will send you the replacement piece. 

1. Your order number.

2. A clear picture of your completed puzzle. (We need this to determine which piece to send you).

3. Your current address.

And that's it!

We do suggest that before reaching out, you double-check under any couches or chairs or where your cats and dogs like to hide things 🤫.
