We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: unless faulty or damaged, shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: if you you are making an exchange for change of mind, then unless faulty or damaged, shipping costs for all returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
UK & Europe
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of opening fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and Netherlands, Europe!
What does this mean?
If you are located anywhere in the UK or Europe, you will soon be able to order anything from our online store in your currency and benefit from local delivery schedules and pricing.
When is this happening & when can I order?
Our estimated timeframe for stock to arrive in these locations and be available to order is December this year. We will have very limited stock initially, so we suggest placing an order as soon as stock is available to avoid missing out on our first lot of inventory.
We will keep you updated ahead of that time when we have a more specific date.
Can I pre-order?
Unfortunately, until we have everything set up in both locations, we will not be able to accept pre-orders for the UK & Europe.
What about other locations?
We currently ship within the USA and Australia and will expand to more locations next year. Details on where and when to come!
