What happens if I order after the 17th?
You can still order. We make each collection in small batches, and the 17th is the day we set the number for this run. We do print a few beyond what has been reserved, but it is always a very limited amount that we expect to sell before inventory arrives. Once they are gone, the next batch is a production cycle away. Reserving before the 17th is the only way we can promise you a copy this year.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
The run is expected to land in November, weeks clear of the 25th of December, for both AU and US orders. If any delivery dates move, you'll hear from us first: what changed, where it stands, what happens next.
Why pay now for a November delivery?
Your payment is what puts a copy in the run. Charged today, cancel any time before your order leaves the warehouse, full refund. Final processing notice → we email to say your order is ready for delivery.
Do I need the Flipsi Board?
No. If you already own a Flipsi Board, or prefer your own puzzling surface, a Single or a Set has everything you need.
