Why we pre-order
At Flipsi, we create our collections in small, intentional batches. Pre-orders help us make the right number of puzzles, reduce overproduction, and give our community first access to new artwork before each collection is released.

When you pre-order a Flipsi, you're part of how it comes into the world. We'll keep you in the loop the whole way through.
What happens next
From order to door
A typical Flipsi pre-order moves through four stages. Timing varies by collection, and the exact dates are always shared on the product page.

Production of Horrors Unearthed & Tales Time Forgot is complete, and the inventory is now travelling to our USA and Australia warehouses. We expect it to arrive at the end of June, with customer orders shipping in July.
WHY THE TIMING SHIFTED
A manufacturing issue affected the final production run of the story cards, so they had to be remade. This is the second time we’ve moved the date, and we know that’s frustrating to hear. Thank you for staying with us.

Australia: Inventory is due to arrive in Sydney on June 29th. We will send a final update when the shipment reaches our warehouse.

Shipping & refunds
When you'll be charged
Payment is taken at the time of pre-order. This secures your place in the run and lets us begin production with confidence.
When it ships
We ship from warehouses in Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, and Australia. Once your collection is ready, orders go out in the order they were placed.
Changing your mind
You can cancel a pre-order any time before we send the final processing notice. After that point, your order is moving into fulfilment and our standard returns policy applies once it arrives.
Common questions
Things people often ask
What happens if I order multiple pre-order items with different shipping dates?
If your order includes multiple pre-order items, everything will ship together when the latest item in the order is ready. For example, if one item is expected to ship in July and another is expected to ship in November, the full order will ship in November unless the shipment is split.
To receive each item as it becomes available, please place separate orders at checkout. If you have already placed a combined order, contact us and we can help split the shipment for an additional shipping fee.
When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page for each pre-order collection. We'll also send updates as your puzzle moves through production, quality checks, freight, and fulfilment. If the timeline shifts, you'll hear from us.
Will I be waiting months?
Sometimes, yes. A Flipsi pre-order reserves your copy before stock arrives at our warehouse, and depending on where the collection is in production, the wait can be three to six months. The estimated shipping window is shown on each product page before you order.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel any time before we send the final processing notice. Once your order moves into final processing or fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.
What happens if there's a delay?
Because pre-orders are made before stock is in hand, timelines can occasionally shift during production, quality checks, freight, or fulfilment. If that happens, we'll let you know what has changed, where things stand, and what to expect next.
What if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I add to an existing pre-order?
If your order hasn't moved into final processing, yes. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll combine the orders so you only pay shipping once.
What if I move house before it ships?
Send us your new address as soon as you can. We'll update your order at no charge, as long as it hasn't left the warehouse.
